I also don't think it;s the spam filters, I am sure that some of the Hotmail
users have allowed my mailinglist in the safe addresses, and the postings
for all hotmail-users are bounced, in one batch.

I think I will have to bug my ISP about this, now the no. of users is
growing, problems of messages which are received twice by one recipent are
occurring too often.

    It can't.
    It's not spam filters as others have suggested (at least, not to my 
knowledge).  If it were, the failures would be more consistent.
    It's Hotmail.  It is flaky and unreliable.  This problem has existed

for years.  It's mail servers just occasionally crap out, possibly by 
overloading.  There's nothing you can do but suggest that Hotmail users 
change to Yahoo or some other web-based e-mail service.
    Hotmail is owned by Microsoft.  Need I say more?
