Again, it's Hotmail. I used majordomo 5 years ago and had this problem
with Hotmail. I used another list software for 5 years, now I'm back to
using majordomo again and have the very same problem with Hotmail I had 5
years ago. Your ISP can do nothing about it. Hotmail is just a very
low-quality, flaky, no-good, lousy e-mail service.
