I agree. I have a lot of hotmail subscribers, and most of them have put
my mailing lists in their safe lists. Every so often, maybe every couple
of months, there will be a 24 hour or so period where mail just fails.
During this period it is possible to use a mailing list with one or two
subscribers, but anything much bigger fails. I have a maximum of 10
recipients per connection set using bulk_mailer but this doesn't seem to
help.
Incidentally, the last set of messages I saw fail failed yesterday, the
same time as this problem was raised.
