Thanks. We tried changing the Configure X400 parsing variable, to no effect.
The problem is not with majordomo (a basic version provided by the
non-profit's webhost), but apparently with the mailserver at the org.
Something happens to the addressing from the time they click "send" to the
time it is received by majordomo. Their IT person will have to look into it,
but I thought I'd try the user's list, too.
In the meantime, I post stuff to the list for them. All the subscriber
addresses receive mail.
