I have a similar problem and perhaps someone can help.
I have 90% of my users on AOL, Yahoo. Hotmail and MSN
BUT of all these AOL is the worst but it happens to all of these
that all of a sudden they can not get the digests. The daily individual
messages seem to make it through.
I have confirmed a gadzillion times that the specific messages were
delivered to the mta of aol or yahoo etc... and they accepted the
envelope but then it NEVER gets delivered. I have asked people to complain to
their isp. BUT it is time I resolve this and I have seen here that
there are tricks to help. LIke using LIST instead of BULK and getting
on White lists with these ISPS can someone summarize and provide
info on this topic.. ESPECIALLY how to get white listed with AOL.
THANKS in advance
Tim
PS a direct email address or phone number would help!
