someone else can probably provide that. however, based on my practical
experience, i'd recommend using demime instead. rather than banning html,
demime will extract the relevant text content and discard the binary
content.
this is essential when your lists have subscribers using things like the
latest AOL software, in which turning off html is somewhere between
difficult and impossible.

i can supply instructions for configuration with exim 4, others can supply
instructions for configuration with other MTAs.
there's another one named stripmime, and it gets good reviews. i've never
fooled with it and have no opinion of it.
