You would have to know perl scripting and modify 'resend' to
be able to break the RFCs like that.  Mail is not generated
by majordomo or your list, so it is not "From" your list. It
is from the person that sent it to the list for distribution.

You are probably looking for an anonymous remailer instead,
or you could put one in front of majordomo.  Google came up
with this URL on "anonymous remailer software":
