normally.. people like to send a test message to see that it works
-- why not just send the message itself to know it works..

but if one insists on testing "the list"
	test@foo.com would suffice too ...

	- requires they subscribe/unscribe from the test list
like they would the "real list"

problem is users dont read docs .. and admins sometimes
	dont setup test lists :-)

-- maybe a modified script to disallow subject lines w/ just "test"
or empty body .. ( but how to tell the difference between
an empty body from their sig )

and that "test post" will only go to the submitter

-- the description of the list would also be readily apparent
if one reads/searches for the list.info of that list on that site
along with all the other lists it supports
