Majordomo 1.xx.x does not take apart MIME content to add the footer
to a message. It simply appends it to the end of the message body.
In the case of MIME messages, this leaves the footer outside the
boundary of the body, but it IS still there. If you save the email
to a local text file and view it with wordpad, notepad, vi, emacs,
or whatever, you will see the footer at the end of the file. It is
just not viewable from within an email client that understands MIME.
