Will, here's what you are looking for.
This worked for my server owner. Please don't ask me to
explain it, as all I did was find the reference for him,
and I really don't know anything about postfix.

'This will block all mail containing -outgoing from being
accepted by your mail server but it will work from locally
generated (ie, majordomo) sources'
