That's how mine works already. I have Reply-to set to $SENDER so that 
replies to list messages go to the original sender (at the request of 
list members), and SENDER set to the listowner address. Most 
postmasters seem to return the message to sender, not to the reply-to 
address, so I get them back. I haven't heard that any are going to 
the list.
