I don't use outlook, but I've seen this kind of thing before. Outlook is
probably adding a "Content-type: text/plain" header. If there is more
than one, most mail clients (except the latest aol) will go with the last
content header they see. Make sure message format is set to
"HTML". If that doesn't work, see if there is another way of inserting
a "Content-type: text/html" header. I think there is a way of doing
this in the list config file.
