Hi Dan,

Yes, all the list have got the same configuration and use the "resend" script. I tried blank  setting  in the sender line of the .config, but that time mail goes to MAILER-DAEMON with an error "not a valid return address"

When I used the setting 
message_headers << END
> Errors-To: $SENDER
> END
the bounce mail goes to the owner-<listname>

Are all of your lists configured similarly?  Do all of the aliases
directing mail to the lists utilize the "resend" script?  Have you
tried using a "blank" setting on the sender line of the .config
file?  I am really only taking stabs in the dark without having
additional information.  Using the setting below, where is the
bounce mail going?  Is it still going to the owner-<listname>?
