Try this patch:
ftp://ftp.ccsf.org/majordomo-patches/1.94.5/config_parse.pl-resend.2
You can download the patch, save it to some path on Majordomo server,
change directory to Majordomo home, and run:
patch < /path/to/config_parse.pl-resend.2
