Hello Donald,
it seems to me the problem is with your aliases file of either majordomo or
sendmail
make sure you have the following in the majordomo.aliases file , usually
stored under /etc
majordomo: "|/usr/local/majordomo-1.94.X/wrapper majordomo"
owner-majordomo: root,
majordomo-owner: root
also edit sendmail conf file to include
define(`ALIAS_FILE',`/etc/aliases,/etc/majordomo.aliases')
define(`confTRUSTED_USERS',`majordomo')
run the newaliases command after the mofication to aliases files.
I hope this article should help in context to the modification required to
be done to sendmail

Subject: majordomo@hostname bounces all requests
Greetings!
I'm running Majordomo 1.94.5 (with perl 5.8.0 and Sendmail Sendmail 8.12.5)
on Redhat 7.3 (2.4.18-14smp). All mail to majordomo@hostname is bounced.
The wrapper test (./wrapper config-test) finds no problems. The only error
is as follows:
Delivery to the following recipients failed.
Majordomo@hostname.org
Any ideas on how to fix this?
Thank you for your attention.
Donald Palmer
