I am trying to configure majorcool on a machine that runs majordomo
without problem. The version of majordomo is 1.94.4. The MTA is exim
4.12.
I can modify lists (i.e add users & delete users) but trying to create &
delete mailing lists I am getting the following error:
List Creation Request For <test>
Request Sent to Majordomo-Owner@westminster.ac.uk
You will be contacted later.
: ABORT : do_exec_sendmail, mailer /usr/exim/bin/exim-4.12-1 not
executable : ABORT : do_exec_sendmail, mailer /usr/exim/bin/exim-4.12-1
not executable
Exim-4.12-1 has the following permission:
-rwsr-s--x 1 root other 679588 May 30 14:52 exim-4.12-1
Although the correct one should be
-rws--x--x 1 root other 679588 May 30 14:52 exim-4.12-1
