lists problem

hi friend,
i have a problem when i install mailing lists (lists)
on $listdir.
the problem is list only for "sales" but if make lists the other
its working.

ex: sales@mydomain.com ----> not working
      logistics@mydomain.com ----> working
      test@mydomain.com -----> working

and root recieve email from sales-owner

may be somebody can help me.
