This leads me to a (slightly off topic) point:
The case of osirusoft shows that using external blacklists for rejecting
mails can lead to a situation where you don't receive /any/ mail.
By having a safe (non-relaying) mailsystem and by using intelligent anti
spam software like SpamAssassin, there is IMHO no need for the use of
external maintained blacklists. (SpamAssassin does, but the way it does
is different).
