At first glance, it looks like a mail loop.  contact@conferencevirtuelle.com
sent a spam to your majordomo address that majordomo of course did not
understand, and therefore automatically sent out the help file.  You might
want to put a taboo filter or do not reply address in majordomo.cf to prevent
this in the future.
