The biggest thing that will cause this is using `dnsdomainname` or
`hostname` in the $whereami variable of the majordomo.cf file.
The Sender: and Precedence: are always in resent messages, but
there usually isn't a blank line separating one header line from
another, which makes these lines show up in the top of the message
body.

Either "chomp" the $whereami or give it the "static" value for
the local host name that it wants.
