Is there any way to supress the welcome message that is sent to new
subscribers, and only send an intro. What I have is a list of my email
users that I sometimes need to communicate with and I want them to see
only an intro message and not the welcome message cause I don't want them
to be able to unsubscribe and such . I just want them to know that there
new email is set up and they are being added to this list so we can
communicate with them. I found the wording for the welcome message in the
file majordomo, but I thought there might be someplace else I could
suppress it without editing this file.
Thanks
Mike
