A moderated list means you want one (or more) humans to review
every message before allowing it to be distributed to the list.

Since every message *is* bouncing with "Approval required".  You
have set your list up correctly.  The part you are not doing,
is approving the message and getting it to the rest of the list.

Read the list-owner-info file in the docs directory.  While you
are at it, read all the files in that directory.  Have you read
section 3.10 of the majordomo FAQ?  It specifically discusses
approving messages on a moderated list.
