Create a new mailing list, closed and moderated. This way no one but you may
post to it and no one but you may subscribe any addresses to it. Subscribe the
list-posting address of the other mailing lists to it.

A better solution might be to create an addressbook entry in your own email
client to send a message to each of the list-posting addresses, but put them on
the Bcc header (to hide them from each other so that no one attempts to reply
to the message, posting to a list he isn't subscribed to). This also has the
advantage that you'll still see the bounce messages separately for each
included mailing list. In the first method, you'd see bounce messages but
wouldn't know which included list someone was subscribed to.

A trickier problem is how to merge addresses from multiple mailing lists so
that no one receives more than one copy of the same message.
