We've gotten returned emails that has following error message.

Can't fork at /usr/lib/majordomo/sequencer line 443, <IN> line 67.
554 5.3.0 unknown mailer error 12
This error has been occuured specific alias, which is pub.
The error happened two to three times a day, not all the time.
Majordomo that we are using is 1.94.5, and it's running on Linux 7.0.
Does anyone know about error 12? Any help would be much appreciated.
