You might want to look at Majordomo2 (http://www.math.uh.edu/majordomo/)
... its something you still have to pull out of CVS, but is definitely
production quality ... we (postgresql.org) have been running it for
several years now and have been quiet happy with both the security and
feature set compared to the Majordomo1 tree ... installation is, I think,
alot simplier:

	perl Makefile.PL
	<answer a bunch of questions>
	make
	make test
	make install
