Dan,
I believe that the issue of using PINE or other UNIX-based email client
came up because there is no known windows client that can properly
RE-send the message with the "Approved:" header added properly to the
HEADERS rather than the body.
Mozilla can easily be made to add the header, but the forwarded/resent
message would then appear from the moderator's address not the original
sender/poster.
