I see no reason to cater to those unwilling to filter their email.  It 
seems that email filtering is a viable alternative to subject prefixes, 
if you don't want to filter, that's the user's problem, not the list 
admin's.

That being said, I'm totally on the fence with this issue.  Not that 
anybody would care what my vote is, but hey...
