So, I thought I'd try installing stripmime.pl
(http://www.phred.org/~alex/stripmime.html) because it looked easy. I run
into a sendmail problem, with smrsh. Not being much of a technical person, I
don't know what to do to fix it, if I can.
It's Majordomo 1.94.5. On Linux 7.3, and the server is run by an Ensim Web
Appliance. So the main Majordomo files are in /usr/lib/majordomo; the lists,
digests, archives, and so on are in /var/lib/majordomo; and the aliases are
in /etc. (Don't know if that matters.) All the lists, on 30 or so domains on
the server, work fine. (Don't know if that matters either.)
My alias to pipe the mail through stripmime.pl looks like this:
mylist: "|usr/local/bin/stripmime.pl |/usr/lib/majordomo/wrapper resend -l
mylist -h mydomain.org mylist-outgoing"
The stripmime.pl file is owned by domainadmin:domainadmin (same as wrapper).
The other files in the /usr/lib/majordomo directory are owned by root:root.
(The lists and other files in /var/lib/majordomo are owned by
domainadmin:domainadmin, if that matters.)
Here's what happens:

I realize this isn't the sendmail-users mailing list, but if someone could
