I did get Majorcool running. There were a few glitches which others using
Mac OS X Server may want to know about...

You need to edit the Configure script and change the location of perl.
It is also handy to put default values in for your site in case of problem.
Otherwise you have to keep entering them.

The way I unpacked the tar.gz (with Stuffit Expander) did some funny things.
It created an empty file with with each subdirectory name and then created
the subdirectory with a .1 extension. For example, there is a directory
called install. So there was an empty file called install and then the
directory was named install.1. Since the CPSET program is in there, lot's
of things did not work. So just delete the empty files and rename the
directories.

Your cgi-bin is under the webserver directory /Library/WebServer and is
called CGI-Executables. However, to access use the URL
http://domain/cgi-bin/majordomo (by default, it is named majordomo which you
can change).

I have multiple virtual hosts (sites) so I had to copy the majorcool images
to my first site. Apache was not picking them up under /Library/WebServer.
