I deleted everything and tried again. In the mj_shell.debug file, there's no
indication of any errors and the last entries are:

[20936].-----Calling destructors-----
[20936]Majordomo Shell client - Sat Nov 29 19:57:53 2003..done, took 1.000
sec

Still, no web interface.

I tried a different domain/virtual server (same dedicated server, starting
from the same tar.gz file), and everything worked fine.

So, it's not the Major's fault. Something's probably amiss on that domain,
though everything else works.
