It sounds like you do not need majordomo at all. Are you using majordomo
for new subscriptions? If you are managing the subscriber list manually
like that, you can send emails to the members without using majordomo.
To answer your question, the fastest way to clear out the subscriber list
is by logging into the majordomo machine and issuing a shell command;
