"too many recipients" is the clue. The maxaddrs=20 is not a setting
in a majordomo 1.94.x list config file that I am aware of. This is
a possible setting in some MTA config files though. This problem
needs to be addressed at your MTA, not majordomo. However, you can
attack this problem via the "-outgoing" alias for your list by using
tlb or bulk_mailer.
