"The file you can put the addresses in" is any file you choose.  There's 
no specific built-in file.

Simply add that file to the restrict_post field in your list's 
configuration.  Usually, people put them in the lists folder along with 
the actual lists.

To make management of alternate addresses easier, some make the file 
itself a separate unadvertised list, so alternate addresses can be 
subscribed and unsubscribed rather than requiring hand-editing of the file.
