When I look at list of recipients in rec'd email sent to list, I noticed that
the email in the list are expanded.
Is there a way to prevent this from happening so that only the list name shows
up for list of recipients. The list name comes up under CC. I know there must
be a way, but not sure how. Using GroupWise 6.0.2 client to receive email
from MD 1.94.5.

Would it have something to do with sending directly to outgoing-list from
priviledged alias?

I'm assuming that the ',' at the end of the test-owner and test-digestify line
were typos.
Is the ...majordomo/archives/test/test a file that will be created when mail
is archived in the test directory?

With an email alias in the sendmail /etc/aliases file or an
aliases file dedicated to majordomo as long as it is defined
in the sendmail.cf file.
Example aliases for a list that archives and digests messages;
owner-test: test-owner
test: "|/usr/lib/majordomo/wrapper resend -l test test-outgoing,nobody"
test-owner: you@your.domain,
test-approval: test-owner
test-outgoing:
:include:/var/lib/majordomo/lists/test,test-archiver,test-digestify
test-archiver: "|/usr/lib/majordomo/wrapper archive2.pl -f
/var/lib/majordomo/archives/test/test -a -M"
test-digestify: "|/usr/lib/majordomo/wrapper digest -r -C -l test-digest
test-digest-outgoing",
test-request: "|/usr/lib/majordomo/wrapper request-answer test"
#test-request: "|/usr/lib/majordomo/wrapper majordomo -l test"
test-digest: test
test-digest-owner: test-owner
test-digest-request: test-owner
test-digest-approval: test-owner
test-digest-outgoing: "|/usr/sbin/bulk_mailer owner-test@your.domain
/var/lib/majordomo/lists/test-digest"

The commas are not typos. They prevent sendmail from expanding
the right hand side into the left hand side for the Received:
headers of the outgoing messages. If you are using exim, qmail,
or some other sendmail replacement, this might be unnecessary.
