Whenver a user tries to send a message to a list with an attachment, 
somtimes it bounces because it is too big.   I know in the list configs 
that you can adjust the size of the messages in terms of CHARACTERS.  IS 
there any way to make a decent conversion from bytes or megs so that we 
can estimate wether or not a message will go through?
