if you reject the original spam  ... the spammers mta machine
will fill up with bounced messages .. they will have to clean their
/var/spool/{clientqueue/mqueue/mail} directories

even if the spammer is using an open relay... it'd fill up with bounces
and hopefully the open relay admin figures it out and closes the relay
