Thanks for the reply, but it seems like I didn't make myself clear.
What I'm looking for is an effective way to get messages onto the web based
message board when a email arrives on the list.
That's why I was asking about a handler. A good question would be - does
mhonarc show messages on the web as soon as they arrive on the list? And if
yes, how does it get hold of the message?
The web message boards are password protected.

Any form that posts to an email address can work.
You want to be sure to use security to keep the spam down caused by the web
page.
IE, have a password to access the web page.
the Mhonarc program does archiving if you like. And it also does mail from
the archive. But does not have a new message form.
