Have you read the NEWLIST file? Besides creating the aliases
for your list, you much `touch test` in the /var/lib/majordomo/lists
directory (as the majordomo user) to make majordomo aware of your
new list, before sending the echo command.
If your lists directory ($listdir in majordomo.cf) is something
other than /var/lib/majordomo/lists, create the list file there
and set the ownership to majordomo. You did add a majordomo user
to your password and shadow file, right?
