The newlist "perl" script is a tool I created to help admins
generate aliases and config files as part of the process for
creating a new mailing list under majordomo 1.94.5. It has
also come to be useful as a debugging tool for sendmail.cf,
majordomo.cf, and other information that `wrapper config-test`
does not check, but only in regards to majordomo requirements.
