This can be done outside majordomo but might be a violation of RFC 2821 or
2822 regarding changing message headers.  The original author of the list
message did not write the message to every individual member of that list's
distribution, but "To:" the list address.  You may want to consider headers
such as "Resent-To:", but this still does not appear in most readers unless
the user has view full headers enabled.  Even so, would require creating a
separate message per recipient vs. one message for all recipients.  This is
or can be, very expensive for memory, disk space, File I/O, and CPU.
