CC'ing has to do with message headers.  Majordomo doesn't touch the To: 
or CC: headers at all.

In the envelope, there's no difference between a To: address, a CC: 
address, or a BCC: address -- or, as with a list, a recipient who is 
listed in none of those.

So the question really doesn't make any sense.  NO subscribers are 
"direct recipients" if a "direct recipient" is someone in the To: header.
