I realize this has been asked several times, but I was searching through the
archives and did not find an effective answer.
I am on FreeBSD 4.7 running Perl 5.8.4 and I am getting this error when
running the wrapper:

Non obvious things that cause headaches:

Config file "/usr/local/majordomo/majordomo.cf" not owned by effective UID.
I have all of the user/group permissions set to majordom/majordom and I am
still having these problems. I tried changing it to root just to see what
would happen and no go there as well.
Any advice would be appreciated.
