Thread-topic: 'To' address problem with catchall account

Some members of one of the lists I am managing are having a problem with list emails received by their server in a common or catchall POP box. The headers indicate that the re-sent email is addressed to the list address (e.g. listname@lists.domain.com) and there is no mention of the intended recipient (member of the list). Thus when their email server (exchange) empties the box, it doesn't know for whom the message is intended as there is no local address, and delivers the messages to the default administrator address, not to the intended recipient.

Is there a way I can get Majordomo to properly address such re-sent messages so that the intended recipient of each is explicit in the headers?
Perhaps there's some document already out there somewhere!

Thanks for any assistance.

Mark.
