Are you editing files directly on the majordomo server, or are you
sending email commands to majordomo to have it send you the .config
file for your list, which you edit on some other workstation, then
send the file back to majordomo in another email?  Either way, the
reply_to = some.address@internet.domain
or
reply_to = yourlist@yourdomain.com

is put into the .config file for your list, and saved on the majordomo
server before the setting becomes active.
