Hi can anyone tell me what causes this problem?

I'm using 1.94.5 from the latest CVS update and FreeBSD 5.2.1 and
Sendmail 8.12.10/8.12.10
Sendmail.cf contains trusted user majordom and the complaint is about
the effective UID.
./wrapper config-test ends with:
Nothing bad found! Majordomo _should_ work correctly.
