Either:
a) this bounce was before you changed 40000 to 200000
or
b) You changed 40000 to 200000 in the wrong place.
The clue is that the subject line still has 40000 in it.
It is expected that the attachment look like this when bounced by
majordomo. This is because the "Content-Type: multipart/mixed;" header is
now part of the body of the bounce message instead of the headers.
Using "Save as HTML" in MS-Word usually generates unnecessarily huge
files. Mime encoding increases filesize about 30-35%. Remember to add a
few Kbytes for your message too.
