Set administrivia to 'no' in your list configuration file:
# administrivia [bool] (yes) <resend>
# Look for administrative requests (e.g. subscribe/unsubscribe) and
# forward them to the list maintainer instead of the list.
administrivia = no

Majordomo checks the subject line and first ten lines of the message for
administrivia.
