Well then, the manual indicates about queue groups:
define(`QUEUE_DIR', `/var/spool/mqueue')
QUEUE_GROUP(`slowmail', `P=/var/spool/mqueue/slowqueue')
Qslowmail, P=/disk1/mail/slowqueues, I=10m, J=5
I added the J=5. Would this work? If so, where to put the commands? SuSE8 is
OS.

You need to look at queue groups.
