Hello fellow majordomo users, We are experiencing the following.
Anyone had this experience or any ideas why it is happening?
______________

Listserves are setup so that the <From> address is
<owner-listserve@aamcinfo...>.

When sending an attachment (composed in text), the from is now the
original sender's address.

When sending to the list without an attachment (composed in text), the
from is <owner-listserve@aamcinfo..>
________________

We also were using a "pre-approval" process when we knew messages that
had attachments were going to bounce where we put an approval header on
the message:

Approved: listpassword
Subject: Subject of the message to the list

Text of message goes here
________________

The message would go through to the listserve with the
owner-listserve@aamcinfo... in the From field and the header (which
contained the password) was stripped from the message.

This functionality seems to have broken as well. Now the message goes
through with the original sender in the from field and the password and
subject lines show up and are sent with the message to the entire list
of recipients.

The only change is that we upgraded the gateway. Any ideas why this
would have happened?
You help is greatly appreciated!
