Why not just let Groupwise handle this? It has the ability to send to a
list.

When a secretary sends out a GroupWise (GW) appointment using one of our MD
lists as recipient, each recipient recieves the item as an email rather than
an appointment which can be accepted or denied. Is there a way to get
appointments to continue onto the recipients in the list as appointments
rather than as email?
